LabCorp Testing provides specimen collection and coordination services for:

• DNA testing (e.g., paternity, relationship, legal, or informational testing)

• DOT and non-DOT drug and alcohol testing

We do not provide legal advice, medical diagnoses, or treatment.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or have legal authority to consent on behalf of a minor.

3. Consent

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You have legal authority to submit specimens

• All information provided is accurate

• You consent to specimen collection and laboratory analysis

For DOT testing, you acknowledge compliance with FMCSA/DOT regulations.

4. No Guarantees

Test results depend on laboratory analysis. We do not guarantee outcomes, results, or legal acceptance unless specifically stated in writing.

5. Payments & Refunds

• Payment is required prior to specimen collection unless otherwise agreed.

• Refunds are not issued once specimens are collected or shipped.

• Failed or rejected specimens may require recollection at an additional cost.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Delays caused by labs, shipping carriers, or third parties

• Misuse or misinterpretation of test results

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

7. Confidentiality

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to access restricted systems

• Submit false or misleading information

9. Changes to Terms
